This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership and enhance the enterprise systems strategy that aligns with LeadVenture’s growth and value creation objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Internal Systems team.
• Design and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Service Cloud Voice, Self-Service Portals, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and AI capabilities.
• Facilitate integrations with Azure Data Lakes and the enterprise data infrastructure.
• Establish governance, maintain data integrity, and set standards for scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives, negotiate trade-offs, and address competing business needs.
• Oversee systems evaluation, integration, and migration efforts for acquired companies as we standardize our technology stack.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in CRM and enterprise systems leadership.
• Extensive Salesforce expertise in architecture, administration, and optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional prioritization at the executive level.
• Demonstrated success in building and mentoring internal technology teams.
• Experience with system integration and migration in M&A environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data strategy and system integrations.
• Familiarity with NetSuite is preferred.
• Experience with Jiminny is preferred.
• Experience with Workato or other iPaaS tools is preferred.
• Background in high-growth or acquisition-driven organizations is preferred.
