This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee assessments of residual and collateral values for medical equipment within assigned authority.
• Collaborate with Global Asset Management and GE HealthCare modality leaders to establish residual value guidelines and forecast future asset values.
• Cultivate and sustain Asset Management partnerships with banks and investors throughout the EMEA region.
• Work alongside HFS EMEA commercial teams to proactively manage and enhance the existing installed base.
• Balance revenue streams for GE HealthCare and HFS through upgrades, buybacks, extensions, and remarketing efforts while boosting customer retention.
• Serve as a Center of Excellence for asset knowledge, providing support to HFS teams through market insights, training, and technology analysis.
• Manage Asset Management performance reporting, installed base tracking, impairment testing, and budget forecasting procedures.
• Foster strong collaboration with Treasury and Controllership to ensure financial rigor.
• Co-create innovative financing solutions and proactive HFS campaigns aimed at increasing leasing penetration and market share.
• Contribute to the financing strategy for significant private accounts across the EMEA region.
• Proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with substantial experience in finance or management roles; a Master’s degree and experience in financial services are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of leasing activities and methodologies for asset valuation.
• Demonstrated financial, analytical, and business insight, including experience in forecasting and budgeting.
• Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to engage senior stakeholders and build high-performing teams.
• Experience in valuing medical equipment (such as CT, MRI, PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, X-ray, Ultrasound) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with US GAAP or IFRS leasing standards is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills in complex, cross-functional settings.
