This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Develop, document, and manage tailored strategies for specific accounts to ensure success.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in each assigned account.
• Prioritize regular in-person and virtual meetings with crucial stakeholders to sustain engagement.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each customer’s business model, challenges, objectives, and vision.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Inside Sales Manager, internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners to design, implement, and manage impactful solutions.
• Lead and coordinate efforts with General Outside Sales Managers, Strategic Accounts Inside Sales Managers, and Strategic Accounts Customer Service Managers to execute sales strategies effectively.
• Work with Executive Team members as necessary to support account initiatives.
• Provide the VP of Strategic Sales with updates regarding account strategies and ensure timely communication with customer stakeholders for efficient adoption.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with each account to evaluate performance and refine strategies.
• Facilitate monthly strategy sessions with Strategic Inside Sales Managers and Strategic Account Representatives to promote alignment and continuous improvement.
• BA/BS Required / MS, MA, MBA Preferred
• 7+ Years of Experience in a consultative sales role
• Advanced business acumen
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to engage productively with all levels of an internal and external organization
• Experience in developing and executing eBusiness strategies
• Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills, including public speaking
• Superior analytical abilities
• Excellent Sales, Marketing, and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office software and the ability to quickly learn other job-related software
• Capability to facilitate and manage high-level IT integration projects
• Advanced financial skills and understanding, with the ability to create business cases and P&L for proposals
• Comprehensive understanding of all departmental tactical functions and the ability to interact at a high level with internal and external departmental resources
• Preferred advanced knowledge of the Promotional Products industry
• Willingness to travel – 60%
