This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Assess the Datacenter/AI rack market and its clientele.
β’ Identify trends and develop a strategy to capitalize on business opportunities.
β’ Establish the customer engagement strategy tailored to the Thermal engineering teams.
β’ Propel revenue and profit growth through securing customer design wins.
β’ Oversee product support functions aimed at meeting customer engagement and qualification needs.
β’ Engage in business planning and execution to drive the product development roadmap.
β’ Ensure operational readiness for supply planning, production capacity, and supplier selection.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Optics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering).
β’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in thermal component development (High-speed communication systems) and program/project management.
β’ Proven experience in cold plate implementations at the Chassis and Rack level for design and testing.
β’ Background in fostering customer relationships at the leadership level.
β’ Proficient in communicating effectively across all business levels with executive leadership presence.
β’ Strong business acumen to facilitate high-level communication in the relevant field.
