Director, New Product Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess the Datacenter/AI rack market and its clientele.

• Identify trends and develop a strategy to capitalize on business opportunities.

• Establish the customer engagement strategy tailored to the Thermal engineering teams.

• Propel revenue and profit growth through securing customer design wins.

• Oversee product support functions aimed at meeting customer engagement and qualification needs.

• Engage in business planning and execution to drive the product development roadmap.

• Ensure operational readiness for supply planning, production capacity, and supplier selection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Optics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering).

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in thermal component development (High-speed communication systems) and program/project management.

• Proven experience in cold plate implementations at the Chassis and Rack level for design and testing.

• Background in fostering customer relationships at the leadership level.

• Proficient in communicating effectively across all business levels with executive leadership presence.

• Strong business acumen to facilitate high-level communication in the relevant field.
