This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Directly supervise a team of Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) tasked with acquiring new clients.
• Manage daily team operations, ensuring accountability for performance.
• Collaborate with the VP of New Client Development on assessments and escalation issues.
• Establish a regular rhythm of coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring.
• Provide hands-on coaching to improve individual sales effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with established sales processes and best practices.
• Identify performance deficiencies and implement focused development strategies.
• Enhance team capabilities through continuous skill development initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new RVPs.
• Improve onboarding and ramp-up processes via ongoing feedback.
• Assist new hires in quickly achieving productivity targets.
• Conduct weekly team meetings centered on performance, accountability, and best practices.
• Perform weekly one-on-one pipeline reviews with each RVP.
• Observe client or prospect meetings to provide immediate coaching and feedback.
• Maintain oversight of pipeline health and sales activities.
• Monitor individual and team performance against set metrics.
• Deliver regular performance updates and insights to firm leadership.
• Foster accountability through ongoing follow-up and coaching.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in financial services.
• Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership position.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize data analytics and insights to achieve results.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and organizational support functionalities.
• FINRA Series 65 certification is required.
• CFP® or another planning designation is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% as necessary.
