This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Act as the executive owner of the U.S. customer contractual security program.
• Analyze customer security requirements and convert them into uniform operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all security commitments are implemented, documented, maintained, and audited throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success, Solutions Design, and Operations teams during customer pursuits, onboarding, and implementations.
• Serve as the main executive contact for customer security issues, audits, escalations, and compliance reviews.
• Create scalable governance processes to guarantee consistent execution of customer security requirements across all U.S. locations.
• Oversee the physical security governance program for all U.S. Contract Logistics facilities.
• Develop and uphold enterprise security standards, policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.
• Implement security scorecards, performance metrics, and executive reporting across the network.
• Lead customer, internal, and third-party security audits.
• Ensure timely remediation and sustainable resolution of audit findings.
• Conduct security assessments of facilities and enterprise-wide risk evaluations.
• Identify vulnerabilities and prioritize mitigation efforts based on business and customer impact.
• Provide security approval and governance for new facilities, customer implementations, expansions, and significant facility modifications.
• Work in partnership with global Security, Operations, Compliance, Engineering, and Quality teams to promote standardized security programs and practices.
• Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams responsible for executing security programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in physical security, corporate security, logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations.
• Proven experience in leading multi-site security programs across the United States.
• Experience in managing customer contractual security requirements within logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or third-party logistics environments.
• Background in leading customer audits, compliance programs, and risk management initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of physical security technologies, governance frameworks, and compliance programs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders across Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Commercial, IT, Legal, and Compliance functions.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
