Data Protection, Information Security Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide counsel to national clients on the implementation of information security standards (VdS 10000, ISO/IEC 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, CISIS12)

• Offer guidance on data protection initiatives and the execution of the GDPR

• Share insights and outcomes with clients

• Create and maintain documentation related to data protection, including policies and work instructions

• Design and conduct training and awareness sessions

• Act as a primary contact for matters related to data protection and IT law

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training in commercial, legal, or IT fields, or a degree in a related area

• Professional experience in data protection or information security

• A strong desire to enhance subject-matter expertise

• A structured and goal-oriented approach to work

• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor

• Availability for frequent travel

• Proficient in German at a business level

• Skilled in MS Office applications
