This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Oversee and assess customer requirements by formulating strategic objectives and goals.
• Achieve an annual sales quota as defined by the Vice President of Sales or Group Director.
• Leverage Ryder Logistics' existing market knowledge to engage in initiatives aimed at diversifying into strategic sectors.
• Design and execute a strategic/consultative sales process to enhance account penetration.
• Analyze current and prospective sales opportunities with existing clients.
• Establish a customer review and margin enhancement process to guarantee customer satisfaction and optimize Ryder's EVA.
• Cultivate relationships with senior management and all purchasing influencers within the customer’s organization.
• Identify and effectively utilize headquarters and third-party sales resources.
• Create a strategic account plan employing the target account selling methodology.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge and understanding of competitive options available in the marketplace.
• Organize administrative functions that support sales activities in a manner that encourages teamwork.
• Facilitate training and enhancement of sales skills, industry knowledge, and personal development needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years demonstrating consistent sales excellence (quota achievement) in previous roles.
• At least 5 years of experience in selling B2B solutions and/or achieving quota attainment more than three times within a 60-month timeframe.
• Proven track record of quota attainment over time.
• Noncommercial Driver License CLASS E.
