Director, MSL Lead, Oncology - West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Merging scientific knowledge with brand strategies to ensure the success of the product portfolio

• Guiding and mentoring the Field MSL team

• Overseeing KOL engagement and managing scientific collaborations

• Crafting strategic regional engagement plans focused on customer needs

• Guaranteeing adherence to regulatory standards

• Supplying clinical resources for training and marketing initiatives

• Gathering and sharing insights with internal stakeholders

• Assisting in evidence generation through studies conducted by the company

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree in medical science (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD)

• At least 10 years of pertinent industry experience

• Experience in the pharmaceutical field (e.g., MSL) and/or related pharmaceutical industry roles

• A minimum of 5 years in a leadership position

• Familiarity with clinical and therapeutic issues in oncology, particularly prostate cancer and hematology

• Clinical experience in patient care within oncology and/or hematology (including sub-specialties) is preferred

• A thorough understanding of drug and life-cycle development processes

• Capability to work effectively with key decision-makers

• Strong communication skills with proficiency in diplomacy

• Capacity to make timely decisions

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time or more
