This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Accountable for planning, managing, organizing, evaluating, and reporting on the daily operations of the Clinical Monitoring unit (Clinical Operations Leads).
β’ The position involves the development and enhancement of policies and processes, ensuring product quality, monitoring sites and compliance, planning staff resources, and managing the performance of staff and contractors.
β’ Offer support, expertise, and representation for project and clinical monitoring teams in collaboration with sponsors and researchers throughout the entire project life cycle.
β’ Guarantee that all team members, including external providers, deliver high-quality, timely services while adhering to service delivery processes that align with corporate and industry best practices and comply with all regulatory requirements and guidelines.
β’ The ideal candidate should possess a College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field (Health Sciences, Life Sciences preferred), along with SoCRA and/or ACRP Certification/Designation, and a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience plus substantial ongoing training.
β’ Proven experience in managing CRA staff, with the ability to provide training and/or mentorship to colleagues in both one-on-one and group settings.
β’ Capability to operate in a remote global environment.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of applicable regulations and guidelines related to clinical monitoring and GCP.
β’ A collaborative team player with a customer service mindset and a focus on solutions.
β’ Proven leadership abilities.
β’ Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
