This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Macro & Micro Market Analysis: Keep an eye on global trends in hospitality technology, macroeconomic changes, and buyer behavior within the hospitality sector to spot emerging threats and new business opportunities.
• Competitive Analysis: Develop a continuous framework for tracking competitor product launches, feature advancements, financial stability, M&A activities, and strategic shifts to safeguard our market position.
• Win/Loss Analysis: Collaborate with Sales Operations to carry out in-depth win/loss studies.
• Executive Briefings: Act as a trusted internal advisor to the C-suite, Product, and Sales leadership regarding competitor activities and market changes.
• Monetization Architecture: Take ownership of designing, implementing, and continuously refining Revinate’s pricing strategies.
• Packaging & Feature Tiering: Spearhead the cross-functional approach for packaging new products and bundling existing features to enhance customer lifetime value.
• Value Metric Discovery: Execute quantitative research (e.g., Conjoint Analysis) to assess customer willingness to pay and identify optimal value metrics.
• Sales Enablement & Discounting Guardrails: Work alongside Finance and Revenue Operations to create pricing calculators that empower Sales while safeguarding margins.
• Strategic R&D Input: Transform market data and competitive gaps into actionable insights for Product and Engineering leadership.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Monetization, Product Strategy, Strategic Corporate Intelligence, or Tech Management Consulting.
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring direct reports.
• The "Dual-Impact" Track Record: Successfully managed both aspects of building competitive/market intelligence frameworks and designing/executing multi-tiered SaaS packaging and pricing strategies.
• Advanced Monetization Methodologies: Extensive hands-on experience in conducting quantitative willingness-to-pay research.
• Commercially Minded & Financial Astute: Expert-level comprehension of B2B SaaS unit economics (LTV, CAC, Net Revenue Retention, ARPU) with a proven history of establishing standard discounting guardrails and sales enablement resources.
• Win/Loss & Market Research: Experience working with Sales Ops to convert raw win/loss data into actionable product and pricing adjustments.
