• Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
• Oversee brand awareness initiatives, demand generation efforts, customer engagement activities, and pipeline acceleration.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while effectively managing external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership to ensure marketing aligns with revenue and retention targets.
• Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, performance metrics, and optimize ROI.
• Establish and scale a multi-channel demand generation engine utilizing digital, email, paid/organic, ABM, content, partner, and field channels.
• Oversee pipeline creation, lead generation, conversion metrics, and contributions from marketing-sourced revenue.
• Develop and manage a refined MQL to SQL strategy and process.
• Enhance website growth strategies, SEO, conversion paths, and overall digital presence.
• Supervise marketing automation and campaign execution using HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI-driven tools.
• Direct strategy and execution for trade shows, conferences, customer events, sponsorships, hosted experiences, podcasts, and partner campaigns.
• Manage all operational logistics, including vendors, timelines, budgets, promotional materials, booth planning, and ROI analysis.
• Shape and enhance Stayntouch’s brand positioning, messaging, and market visibility.
• Lead content strategy across the website, PR, social media, sales enablement, customer stories, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Build and optimize a modern marketing technology stack that includes CRM, automation, analytics, and reporting systems.
• Utilize AI platforms to enhance content creation, campaign performance, personalization, and operational workflows.
• Continuously assess and implement emerging technologies to maintain Stayntouch’s position at the forefront of marketing innovation.
• 8–10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including roles in senior leadership.
• Proven success in developing and scaling marketing strategies with hands-on execution in SaaS, hospitality technology, or high-growth tech environments.
• Strong experience in marketing to hoteliers, hotel operators, ownership groups, or hospitality organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline growth and accelerate revenue.
• Expertise in: HubSpot, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, AI marketing tools, SEO, website growth, ABM, lead generation, event management, PR and communications, and brand strategy.
• Strong experience in budgeting, KPI development, analytics, and ROI management.
• Exceptional skills in communication, leadership, and project management.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable operating strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, lean environment.
