Director – Marketing, Vice President

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.

• Take ownership of brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and pipeline acceleration.

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while managing external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership to ensure marketing aligns with revenue and retention goals.

• Oversee marketing budgets, KPIs, performance metrics, and optimize ROI.

• Establish and scale a multi-channel demand generation engine that spans digital, email, paid/organic, ABM, content, partner, and field channels.

• Manage pipeline creation, lead generation, conversion metrics, and the contribution of marketing-sourced revenue.

• Develop and manage a revised MQL to SQL strategy and process.

• Optimize strategies for website growth, SEO, conversion paths, and overall digital presence.

• Supervise marketing automation and campaign execution using HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI-driven tools.

• Direct strategy and execution for trade shows, conferences, customer events, sponsorships, hosted experiences, podcasts, and partner campaigns.

• Manage all operational logistics such as vendor coordination, timelines, budgets, promotional items, booth planning, and ROI analysis.

• Shape and enhance Stayntouch’s brand positioning, messaging, and market presence.

• Lead content strategy across various platforms, including website, PR, social media, sales enablement, customer stories, and thought leadership.

• Build and refine a modern marketing technology stack that encompasses CRM, automation, analytics, and reporting systems.

• Utilize AI platforms to enhance content creation, campaign performance, personalization, and operational workflows.

• Continuously assess and adopt emerging technologies to maintain Stayntouch's position at the forefront of marketing innovation.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including roles in senior leadership.

• Proven track record in developing and scaling marketing strategies, with hands-on execution experience in SaaS, hospitality technology, or high-growth tech environments.

• Significant experience marketing to hoteliers, hotel operators, ownership groups, or hospitality organizations.

• Demonstrated history of driving measurable pipeline growth and accelerating revenue.

• Expertise in: HubSpot, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, AI marketing tools, SEO and website growth, ABM, lead generation, event management, logistics, PR and communications, and brand strategy.

• Strong experience in budgeting, KPI development, analytics, and ROI management.

• Exceptional skills in communication, leadership, and project management.

• Highly organized, collaborative, and adept at operating strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, lean environment.
