• Take charge of Portfolio-Wide Marketing Strategy.
• Establish and direct the marketing strategy for all SaaS products, ensuring brand consistency while addressing the specific needs of each product and customer segment.
• Prioritize marketing initiatives and allocate resources effectively across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and commercial targets.
• Act as the senior marketing representative both internally and externally, influencing the market positioning of each business unit.
• Propel Pipeline and Revenue Growth.
• Manage pipeline responsibilities and drive revenue generation through new customer acquisition and existing customer upselling and expansion.
• Create and implement demand generation campaigns that yield high-quality ICP engagement (trials and inquiries), meetings, and opportunities across all seven business units.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to define lead handoffs, enhance conversion rates, and establish a unified GTM strategy at both the portfolio and individual business unit levels.
• Utilize intent data, CRM signals, and AI-driven tools to concentrate marketing efforts on the most impactful opportunities.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Upsell initiatives.
• Develop and manage a customer marketing strategy that fosters retention, expansion, and advocacy within the portfolio's customer base.
• Work with Customer Success to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and create campaigns that effectively convert them.
• Design lifecycle programs that increase customer engagement and reduce churn across all business units.
• Build and Scale the Marketing Engine.
• Develop marketing operating rhythms, reporting frameworks, and data-driven processes that can scale across the portfolio.
• Utilize AI, automation, and contemporary marketing technology to enhance output and marketing efficiency without necessitating a large workforce.
• Define and monitor KPIs that clearly connect marketing activities to business results.
• Shape Brand and Narrative.
• Create and uphold a captivating brand narrative for each business unit that resonates with automotive industry buyers.
• Simplify complex SaaS capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging that engages decision-makers.
• Oversee content strategy across various formats including web, email, events, and thought leadership to build credibility and establish category presence.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success leadership across each business unit to guarantee that marketing aligns with GTM priorities.
• Contribute to product marketing by equipping Sales teams with positioning, competitive insights, and collateral.
• Clearly communicate marketing performance and strategy to portfolio leadership and key stakeholders.
• 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, particularly within SaaS or software sectors.
• Demonstrated success in driving pipeline and revenue growth in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably at the Series B–C stage.
• Experience in leading marketing efforts across multiple products, segments, or business units.
• Comprehensive knowledge in demand generation, customer marketing, brand, and product marketing.
• Proficient understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and modern marketing technology stacks (e.g., HubSpot, 6sense, Clay, or similar).
• Experience in managing and developing direct reports within a lean, high-performance setting.
• A portfolio of results that demonstrates measurable marketing-to-revenue impact, beyond just activity metrics.
