📋 Description

• Creates communication strategies focused on customer needs and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Analyzes insights to formulate effective marketing strategies and brand campaigns.

• Implements customized account-based marketing and inbound marketing tactics.

• Cultivates relationships with editorial partners and various stakeholders.

• Provides consistent metrics management and performance reporting.

• Conducts market research and formulates strategic plans.

• Promotes collaboration among executive leadership, inside sales, and business development teams.

• Oversees the annual marketing budget and manages conference marketing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in marketing leadership, ideally within the life science sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Eager and willing to travel for events.

• Comfortable engaging with executive leaders and stakeholders.

• Prior experience in managing direct reports.

• Self-driven and resourceful leader with exceptional organizational skills.
