This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Develop and take ownership of Marqeta's B2B marketing attribution strategy.
• Create connections between marketing initiatives, media expenditures, and revenue results.
• Lead a team of marketing analysts.
• Act as a senior strategic contributor in go-to-market (GTM) planning.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to establish measurement frameworks.
• Manage executive-level marketing reporting for the CMO, CFO, and Board members.
• Construct and sustain the marketing data infrastructure in collaboration with Data Engineering.
• Create forecasting models that estimate Enterprise NAL pipeline contributions from marketing investments.
• Oversee the marketing organization's AI and automation strategy for analytics.
• Foster a culture of experimentation by designing statistically valid tests across various channels and campaigns.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B marketing analytics, GTM analytics, or growth analytics, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with complex B2B GTM processes such as ABM, enterprise sales cycles, partner-influenced transactions, and multi-stakeholder buying journeys.
• In-depth knowledge of B2B attribution modeling.
• Strong understanding of how marketing integrates with the overall revenue engine.
• Demonstrated ability to influence strategic direction.
• Proficient with the essential marketing and revenue technology stack.
• Advanced skills in SQL.
• Comfortable working with statistical modeling, regression analysis, and cohort analysis.
• Excellent communicator capable of translating analytical complexities into executive-level narratives.
• Experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, SaaS, or financial services is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in marketing analytics.
