This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Oversee and direct market research projects to acquire actionable insights regarding customer needs, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
• Create and implement both quantitative and qualitative research projects utilizing a range of research methodologies to deliver a thorough understanding of the market.
• Demonstrate strong writing capabilities to narrate data insights and effectively communicate essential points in a concise format.
• Manage vendor relationships while collaborating with Procurement to continuously enhance the ability of business teams to extract insights from customers, physicians, patients, and other healthcare stakeholders as necessary.
• Spearhead and participate in competitive monitoring efforts, extracting and synthesizing insights on both established and emerging competitors globally, and conveying these insights in a clear, organized, and timely fashion.
• Evaluate data to uncover key insights and opportunities for Cleerly’s products and services.
• Collaborate across the organization to develop, expand, and refine a Voice of the Customer (VoC) program, ensuring that customer perspectives are central to decision-making processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee that the VoC program aligns with product development, marketing approaches, and sales strategies.
• Assess and analyze customer feedback to promote ongoing enhancements in product offerings and customer experiences.
• Establish and uphold advanced analytics capabilities to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Generate and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards that convey key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the influence of customer insights on business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to embed customer insights into product roadmaps, marketing initiatives, and sales strategies.
• Work closely with the data science team to utilize AI and machine learning techniques for deeper insights into customer behavior.
• Guide and mentor a team of insights and analytics professionals, promoting a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.
• Offer training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in market research, customer insights, or analytics, specifically within the healthcare sector; experience in diagnostics is highly desirable.
• Demonstrable history of developing and executing successful VoC programs.
• Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning is advantageous.
