This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Formulate detailed market research strategies.

• Oversee the implementation of diverse market research initiatives.

• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration with Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Corporate Affairs teams.

• Establish global market research frameworks.

• Collaborate with partners to identify critical business requirements across therapeutic areas.

• Align the organization on the scope, timeline, and goals of research initiatives.

• Ensure that market research findings are objective and data-driven.

• Create and present engaging presentations.

• Identify suitable suppliers for market research projects and manage the engagement process.

• Ensure adherence to financial and ethical standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, or a related discipline.

• Master’s degree (MBA) is highly preferred.

• Over 12 years of relevant experience in marketing sciences or market research within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.

• At least 8 years of experience in a leadership position.

• Experience in managing promotional activities and market research vendors.

• Background in pharmaceutical situational analysis and brand strategy development.

• Capability to consolidate and communicate key insights to primary stakeholders.

• Experience in designing and executing both quantitative and qualitative market research.

• Proficient in deriving data-driven and actionable commercial insights from pharmaceutical datasets.

• Competence in analyzing complex issues and formulating business-relevant strategic recommendations.
