Director – Data Center Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the effective implementation of the Data Center project portfolio.

• Guarantee that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.

• Set up delivery governance, reporting schedules, and executive reviews.

• Promote consistency in project execution, forecasting, risk management, and customer interactions.

• Lead recovery strategies for projects needing executive support.

• Manage a portfolio of intricate mission-critical projects.

• Balance priorities across various customers, locations, and project teams.

• Create portfolio-level reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

• Encourage accountability and ongoing improvement within the delivery organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in leading large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or infrastructure projects.

• Experience in hyperscale or colocation data centers.

• Background in industrial automation or control systems.

• Proven track record of managing complex project portfolios worth over $25M.

• Demonstrated success in leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong expertise in program management and portfolio management.

• Experience in managing relationships with customers at the executive level.

• Experience in coordinating with EPC firms, construction managers, and commissioning teams.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
