This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Regional Directors in providing consulting services.

• Oversee strategies for managed care contracting tailored to specialty practices.

• Develop and execute strategies addressing the needs of specialty customers.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support managed care initiatives.

• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 13 years of professional experience.

• At least 6 years of leadership experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in healthcare management focused on managed care.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models.

• Exceptional skills in analysis, communication, and writing.

• Proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, and Smart Sheet.
