Director M&A – Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Assist in the sourcing, due diligence, and integration of new acquisitions within the MENA region.

• Develop and implement a sourcing strategy for M&A in the MENA area.

• Identify and cultivate long-term partnerships with software business owners in the MENA region.

• Perform comprehensive market research across key MENA countries.

• Keep precise records of sourcing activities and generate reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of pertinent experience.

• Proficiency in English and the relevant local language.

• Established industry network within the MENA region.

• Solid understanding of the business and technology landscape in the MENA region.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
