This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete lifecycle marketing strategy encompassing acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation for members, brokers, and providers.
• Convert business and experience objectives into quarterly and annual lifecycle roadmaps tailored for each audience.
• Identify critical moments in the customer journey (e.g., enrollment, onboarding, broker communications, provider engagement milestones) and devise strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and outcomes.
• Advocate for and implement the customer journey framework, which includes best practices for trigger-based versus batch communications, entry/exit criteria, prioritization, and multi-channel orchestration.
• Establish frameworks for audience segmentation and targeting across members, brokers, and providers.
• Define best practices for segmentation, suppression logic, and communication cadence to maximize engagement and avoid audience fatigue.
• Manage lifecycle performance measurement for all audiences, establishing KPIs related to engagement, conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Data teams to incorporate lifecycle performance into broader organizational reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of lifecycle marketers and marketing operations/martech professionals.
• 8–12+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing.
• In-depth expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mandatory).
• Experience in developing and expanding lifecycle programs for diverse audiences, preferably in a regulated industry (healthcare, insurance, financial services).
• Demonstrated ability to define audience strategies and evaluate campaign/journey performance against core business KPIs.
• Proven track record in leading and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders from executives to individual contributors.
