• Take charge of the complete lifecycle marketing strategy encompassing acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation for members, brokers, and providers.
• Convert business and experience objectives into quarterly and annual lifecycle plans tailored for each audience.
• Identify pivotal moments in the customer journey and devise strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and outcomes.
• Advocate for and implement the customer journey framework, ensuring adherence to best practices for trigger-based versus batch communications.
• Guarantee that journeys are scalable, well-documented, and consistently provide an outstanding experience for all audience segments.
• Establish frameworks for segmenting and targeting audiences among members, brokers, and providers.
• Facilitate personalized and relevant communications while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee lifecycle performance metrics for all audiences, determining KPIs related to engagement, conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
• Develop a structured test-and-learn initiative to perpetually enhance journeys and campaigns.
• Manage the marketing technology roadmap and its budget, ensuring alignment with the lifecycle marketing strategy.
• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of lifecycle marketers and marketing operations/martech professionals.
• 8–12+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mandatory).
• Experience in developing and scaling lifecycle programs for diverse audiences, preferably within a regulated sector (healthcare, insurance, financial services).
• Proven track record in defining audience strategies and assessing campaign/journey performance against fundamental business KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and nurture high-performing teams.
• Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the capacity to influence and align stakeholders from executives to individual contributors.
