Director, Legal and Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and execute the operating model for Legal and Compliance, encompassing intake, prioritization, tracking, and reporting processes.

• Formulate standardized workflows to facilitate contracting, regulatory compliance, and operational requests.

• Develop clear service delivery frameworks, including SLAs, triage models, and escalation paths.

• Oversee technology and AI vendor relationships.

• Recognize inefficiencies and scalability challenges.

• Construct and maintain centralized intake systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of pertinent experience in legal operations, compliance operations, healthcare operations, or a related field.

• Preferred experience in utilizing AI or automation within operational settings.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Advanced or technical training related to AI is highly desirable.

• A strong mindset for process design and operations.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI, automation, or workflow tools.

• Solid project and vendor management abilities.

• Capability to convert legal and compliance requirements into effective systems.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
