This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Provide support to the Entrepreneurs’ Organization.
• Direct the strategy, planning, design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of EO’s leadership development framework.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify evolving needs, formalize leadership pathways and their corresponding structures, and ensure continuous development and delivery of content and training at all organizational levels.
• Equip member leaders at every tier with the leadership and learning resources necessary for growth, learning, and responsible service to EO.
• Integrate leadership development and training opportunities throughout the organization.
• Supervise curriculum development, learning delivery, and evaluation, using data and feedback to inform decisions and enhance impact.
• Take ownership of the curriculum and delivery strategy for leadership content.
• Lead a team while overseeing daily operations, clarifying roles, and fostering collaboration in design, delivery, and implementation.
• Determine how technology and systems can facilitate strategic planning and program scalability by identifying tools that improve both experience and effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, leadership, human resources, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in leadership development, learning, instructional design, organizational development, or a related area, including experience in designing and implementing scalable learning programs.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver strategic learning solutions.
• Experience in developing curriculum and learning experiences for adult audiences using various modalities, including virtual and in-person formats.
• Proficiency in utilizing learning technologies, such as LMS platforms, to deliver, manage, and assess learning programs.
• Experience in international, multicultural, and matrixed environments.
• Willingness to travel, including internationally; this position requires travel approximately 15% of the time.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of a global audience.
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, facilitation practices, and evaluation methods.
• Familiarity with building and evaluating virtual courses across various platforms.
• Strong project and framework management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
