This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.
• Oversee a team of account executives dedicated to enhancing and expanding external reference lab and pathology services.
• Accountable for creating and executing sales strategies that align with system objectives while ensuring profitability, brand integrity, and compliance.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives by building relationships, assessing needs, and coordinating professional proposals within established timelines.
• Evaluate team performance to guarantee alignment with system expectations and strategic direction.
• Regularly travel with the team to foster territory growth and provide sales training and support.
• Set clear short-term sales objectives and long-term strategic growth initiatives.
• Align targets with quantifiable sales metrics, including CRM usage, strategic planning, and focused sales activities for both current and potential clients.
• Exhibit strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret trends and pinpoint profitable opportunities.
• A Bachelor's degree in laboratory science, business, or a related field is required.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience in laboratory sales, operations, administration, or technical management is necessary.
