Director, Labor Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement DaVita’s Labor Relations strategy.

• Oversee the Cal DART team.

• Facilitate the CA intel process.

• Establish the strategic direction for communications.

• Manage internal persuaders and maintain training libraries.

• Proven experience in Labor Relations strategy and processes.

• Capability to create and lead teams.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Knowledge of strategic communications planning.

• Familiarity with external consultants in Labor Relations.
