This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +1 more state.
• Establish a new team from the ground up by recruiting and nurturing up to 11 Account Executives.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle and promote continuous learning.
• Set operational metrics, drive functional outcomes, and communicate results to executive leadership.
• Acquire new corporate clients and establish strategic partnerships.
• Directly support key deals to ensure both immediate and long-term success.
• Encourage collaboration within the team and throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive teams on shared objectives.
• Represent Ideals in high-stakes customer engagements and industry events.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competition, and best practices to shape strategy.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in new business development sales.
• More than 5 years of outbound Enterprise sales management experience.
• A professional sales background in the B2B SaaS sector.
• Strong knowledge of system transactional sales, sales methodologies, techniques, and negotiation strategies.
• Experience in managing small to medium-sized teams of individual contributors within Enterprise sales teams.
• Proven first-line management leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High energy and enthusiasm for driving results, meeting goals, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Position based in Texas, Tennessee, or Indiana.
• Experience in selling VDR products is a plus.
