πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee teams and provide strategic counsel to clients on both overarching and tactical issues, emphasizing how technology facilitates a diverse array of business outcomes within Health and Human Services agencies, particularly in Medicaid and Child Welfare.

β€’ Proven experience in assisting state HHS agencies, especially in relation to federally funded systems modernization (including MMIS, eligibility enrollment, CCWIS, and EHRs).

β€’ Foster thought leadership and cultivate client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

β€’ Supervise strategy and implementation stages, ensuring that all deliverables adhere to quality benchmarks.

β€’ Juggle multiple priorities while motivating high-performing teams.

β€’ Directly manage the delivery of large, intricate projects.

β€’ Capable of creating, reviewing, and presenting deliverables effectively.

β€’ Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop frameworks for junior staff members.

β€’ Familiarity with the vendor landscape and ongoing state modernization initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Extensive knowledge in Medicaid, Child Welfare, and/or public sector health IT programs (both technical and programmatic).

β€’ Strong presence with clients and the capability to lead/manage teams effectively.

β€’ Background in a reputable management or technology consultancy, focusing on project delivery and business development.

β€’ Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and teams, merging technical acumen with strategic insight.

β€’ Comfortable in influencing and fostering trust-based relationships with senior executives.

β€’ A history of meeting or surpassing revenue targets is preferred.

β€’ Intellectual curiosity and creativity when developing solutions to client issues.

β€’ Open to coaching, adaptable, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
