Director – Infrastructure, Value and Risk Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Ability to produce a complete report, from start to finish, that meets “client ready” standards.

• Initiate select projects in collaboration with leadership to identify potential targets.

• Allocate the majority of time to completing assignments, dedicating approximately 20-50% of time to mentoring analysts, senior analysts, and associates.

• Personally review most assignments and provide assistance to team members with inspections, as appropriate.

• Participate in at least one local commercial real estate event annually, excluding classes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year holding a CG license.

• State-certified general appraiser license required.

• Ongoing involvement in JLLU to enhance career path alignment and develop professional skills.

• Successfully fulfill all Associate Director skillset requirements.

• Mastery of intricate concepts and assignments within the selected sector.

• Full proficiency in core skills along with basic proficiency in project management and/or account management skills.
