This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with Sales on active opportunities to conduct discovery sessions and gather functional, technical, and integration requirements.
• Lead structured workshops to gather requirements.
• Assess client environments, existing systems, and data maturity.
• Evaluate requirements against platform capabilities and the implementation delivery model to gauge feasibility and risk.
• Identify scope gaps, red flags, re-scoping needs, phasing, and escalation requirements.
• Suggest solution strategies, phasing plans, and timelines for delivery.
• Escalate opportunities where requirements cannot be fulfilled as proposed.
• Craft detailed Statements of Work that outline scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Maintain SOW templates and enhance documentation standards.
• Oversee internal reviews and approvals of SOWs prior to contract execution.
• Liaise between Sales, Implementation, Product, and clients in the pre-delivery phase.
• Participate in transition meetings from Sales to Implementation.
• Assist Project Managers and Implementation Consultants during project commencement.
• Provide Sales with insights on deal structures, pricing assumptions, and scope trends.
• Achieve success metrics related to SOW accuracy, handoff quality, time-to-SOW, and contributions to the sales cycle.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or implementation consulting, preferably in SaaS or PropTech.
• Proficiency in writing Statements of Work or similar client-facing scoping documents.
• Strong business insight with the ability to convey technical concepts to both executive and operational audiences.
• Experience in facilitating discovery and requirements sessions with enterprise-level clients.
• Outstanding written communication abilities.
• Practical experience with REST API integrations.
• Knowledge of HTTP methods, OAuth 2.0, API keys, bearer tokens, JSON, XML, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Experience with data migration projects, encompassing data mapping, transformation logic, and format conversion.
• Familiarity with CSV/Excel flat files, JSON, XML, and SQL relational database exports.
• Understanding of ETL concepts and tools.
• Ability to evaluate source data quality and structural issues and outline preparation tasks for ingestion or migration.
• Capability to read API specifications, data dictionaries, field mapping documents, and integration architecture diagrams.
• Familiarity with AI-powered platforms and workflows, including AI/ML, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and generative AI assistants.
• Skill in setting realistic client expectations regarding AI adoption, data readiness, and change management implications.
• Preferred: experience in commercial real estate technology, property management platforms, or facilities/portfolio management software.
• Preferred: knowledge of ERP or data integration concepts such as Yardi, MRI, and JDE.
• Preferred: background in professional or managed services delivery.
• Preferred: exposure to Agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Preferred: experience with Azure Logic Apps, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Zapier.
