This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the HR leader for ThermalWorks, collaborating closely with the company's leadership and the Endeavour HR team to align with organizational priorities and promote business growth.
• Formulate and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that are in sync with business objectives and Endeavour’s people practices.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Direct full-cycle recruitment efforts for ThermalWorks, assisting in attracting, engaging, and retaining high-performing talent in conjunction with Endeavour’s Talent team.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-accountability culture that reflects the organization’s values.
• Supervise performance management processes, encompassing goal setting, performance reviews, feedback practices, and employee development planning.
• Identify training and leadership development opportunities to enhance employee capabilities and support career advancement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and uphold HR policies and practices accordingly.
• Collaborate with Endeavour HR and business operations teams on compensation, benefits administration, HR systems, reporting, and broader people initiatives, such as the ecosystem-wide intern program.
• Assess HR metrics and organizational data to detect trends, improve processes, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Assist with change management initiatives and support the organization during periods of growth and transformation.
• Maintain a high degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and business matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial experience in an HR leadership position.
• Experience in supporting high-growth, entrepreneurial, or fast-paced organizations is preferred.
• Proven experience collaborating with executive leadership and spearheading strategic people initiatives.
• Experience with multi-state and/or global workforces is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and contemporary people operations.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with technicians, manufacturing, warehouse, or field-based teams, with a strong understanding of hourly workforce dynamics, scheduling, overtime, and FLSA considerations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to influence and effectively partner with leaders at all levels within the organization.
• Strong business acumen with the capacity to align people strategy with operational goals.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and robust conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent).
