This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with senior executives and business leaders to formulate and implement HR strategies that align with organizational and operational objectives across various regions and business units.
• Lead initiatives in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies that promote growth, scalability, and enhance business performance.
• Act as a reliable advisor to leaders on matters related to employee relations, performance management, leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational health.
• Offer coaching and guidance to leaders on intricate people issues, encompassing change leadership, succession planning, and talent development.
• Manage and propel change management initiatives linked to organizational transformation, integrations, restructures, and business expansion.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and HR practices across critical regions.
• Utilize people data, trends, and metrics to influence business decisions and enhance engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and restructuring efforts within a multi-entity environment.
• Collaborate across functions with leaders and HR team members to strengthen programs, policies, and processes that contribute to a high-performing culture.
• Advocate for company culture and values while tailoring people practices to meet regional needs and business realities.
• Assist in developing and enhancing HR infrastructure, processes, and capabilities to accommodate a growing global organization.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with considerable experience in HR business partnership and/or HR leadership roles.
• Proven track record of collaborating with senior leaders to drive people strategy in global, multi-region organizations.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integrations, or global expansion initiatives.
• Background in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and achieve measurable business outcomes through HR strategy.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-entity and/or multi-business unit organizations.
• Strong judgment, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to utilize data for informed decision-making.
• Experience in leading organizational change, transformation, integrations, or restructuring initiatives.
