Director, HR Technology – AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead Carrier’s HR AI transformation initiative.

• Create and implement a multi-year workforce technology strategy.

• Integrate Workday Talent functionalities, Microsoft Copilot, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise platforms.

• Oversee a team dedicated to workforce product management and the development of future AI solutions.

• Design and enhance the enterprise workforce architecture across Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and new AI platforms.

• Discover opportunities to expand Workday capabilities through Microsoft and AI-enhanced integrations.

• Direct the evaluation, piloting, and deployment of agentic AI, Power Platform, Azure AI, Copilot, automation, and intelligent workflows.

• Assess practical AI use cases and implement scalable solutions that boost workforce productivity and enhance employee experiences.

• Define visions, roadmaps, and metrics for workforce product value realization.

• Provide strategic leadership for Workday Talent product initiatives.

• Develop business cases for technology investments while monitoring ROI metrics and KPIs.

• Advise HR, IT, and business leaders, ensuring alignment across matrixed teams.

• Lead and cultivate workforce technology professionals.

• Promote innovation, learning, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

• Build organizational capacity in AI-enabled workforce technology solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in HR/Workforce Technology, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, or Solution Architecture.

• More than 5 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams, intricate product portfolios, or enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

• Profound understanding of Workday Talent products and talent technology strategies.

• Experience in leading technology initiatives within large, complex, matrixed organizations.

• Strategic knowledge of architecture across Workday, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft Enterprise Ecosystem.

• Proven experience with Workday Talent Management solutions.

• Demonstrated success in architecting and scaling AI-enhanced workforce tools, automated processes, and productivity-boosting solutions.

• Proven capability to lead cross-functional initiatives, develop high-level business cases, and cultivate enterprise partnerships.
