This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Manage daily HR operations while acting as a strategic collaborator with the CEO and executive leadership.
β’ Lead initiatives that enhance workforce capabilities, improve leadership effectiveness, and ensure organizational stability within a mixed union and non-union manufacturing context.
β’ Guarantee compliant and efficient HR processes while contributing to the development of programs that foster employee growth, performance, and engagement.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.
β’ Proficient in union labor relations, including collective bargaining agreement (CBA) administration and grievance resolution.
β’ Proven track record of balancing operational HR execution with comprehensive workforce planning initiatives.
β’ Experience working closely with Finance and Payroll departments.
β’ Strong understanding of multi-state employment laws and wage and hour regulations.
β’ Ability to maintain a regular onsite presence at our two facilities.
β’ Advanced HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
