
Director, HEOR Therapeutic Area Lead β Acromegaly

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Take ownership of the HEOR/RWE evidence strategy for acromegaly throughout the product lifecycle.
β’ Act as the main HEOR/RWE contact for stakeholders within the acromegaly franchise.
β’ Convert evidence-related questions from the franchise into prioritized and actionable plans.
β’ Contribute the HEOR/RWE narrative for acromegaly to integrated evidence plans, value dossiers, AMCP submissions, global value dossiers, and HTA submissions.
β’ Collaborate with Market Access on the development of payer value propositions, budget impacts, and access strategies for acromegaly.
β’ Ensure alignment of acromegaly evidence generation with launch, access, and lifecycle milestones.
β’ Present the acromegaly evidence story to KOLs, payers, HTA organizations, and at scientific conferences.
β’ Assist the Senior Director in maintaining a consistent franchise value narrative.
β’ Keep track of the competitive and treatment landscape in acromegaly and translate findings into evidence strategies.
β’ Ensure adherence to corporate policies and US healthcare regulations regarding evidence generation and communication.
β’ An advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or a related field (PhD, MD, PharmD, MPH, MSc).
β’ At least 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or HEOR consulting.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in a supervisory role.
β’ Proven ability to define and lead a therapeutic-area evidence strategy throughout the product lifecycle, from pre-launch to lifecycle management.
β’ Strong skills in stakeholder management and influence.
β’ Proficient knowledge of the HEOR/RWE toolkit, including RWE, PRO/COA, economic modeling, and HTA evidence requirements.
β’ Experience in contributing HEOR evidence to value dossiers and HTA/payer submissions.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Capability to lead, collaborate with, and influence cross-functional teams.
β’ Ability to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as US healthcare laws and regulations.
β’ Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations within a rapidly scaling pipeline.
