This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Manages the design and execution of projects, effectively conveying findings and their strategic significance to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides leadership in product development, ensuring alignment with HEOR strategic objectives that are consistent with business goals established alongside relevant cross-functional partners.
• Ensures that the project plan is integrated and aligned with the strategic plans of product teams and commercial interests.
• Updates functional management and product teams on the execution of plans, taking ownership of and sharing decisions related to project execution.
• In the process of developing product strategic plans, collaborates with other product team members to generate innovative ideas and secure buy-in for strategies.
• Responsible for the comprehensive delivery of the HEOR workload under their jurisdiction, encompassing everything from strategy formulation to content implementation.
• Ensures a robust partnership with all relevant HEOR COE functions to guarantee that a comprehensive HEOR perspective is represented in cross-functional meetings.
• Demonstrates executive presence and the capability to engage with senior leaders in a cross-functional environment.
• Advanced degree in health economics or a related field.
• A minimum of seven years of work experience with a Master’s degree, or five years with a PhD (fellowship experience may be included).
• Professional training in a health-related field (e.g., MD, PharmD) is advantageous.
• Preferred qualifications include a PhD in Economics, Econometrics, (pharmaco)epidemiology, or another related discipline, along with three years of relevant experience.
• Clinical research experience is highly recommended, with a preference for experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in leading complex products and/or clinical development supporting pipeline advancement and marketed products.
• Typically possesses 3+ years of clinical development experience within the pharmaceutical industry, contract research organizations, academia, or other health-related consulting firms, along with expert knowledge in a relevant therapeutic area.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a cross-functional global team setting.
• Ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders to support global business strategies.
