📋 Description

• Establish the strategic vision and roadmap for healthcare analytics in alignment with company-wide objectives.

• Perform advanced SQL-driven data analysis and implement rigorous analytical methods and reporting best practices.

• Take ownership of the development and governance of analytical reports for both immediate requests and long-term strategic goals.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and leaders from various business units on data exploration and innovation initiatives.

• Create tools and pipelines that provide insights for go-to-market teams regarding campaign and community engagement.

• Advocate for new methodologies and tools for data analysis and reporting.

• Utilize AI and generative AI to develop internal and possibly external analytics capabilities and assistants.

• Share insights and strategic recommendations with executive leadership.

• Convert complex data insights into practical business decisions.

• Over 10 years of experience in data analytics with a track record of increasing responsibility.

• Profound knowledge of healthcare data and the healthcare industry.

• Familiarity with pharmacy-related data and treatment information.

• Advanced SQL proficiency.

• Experience working with large datasets and data infrastructure.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.

• A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for data exploration and healthcare innovation.

• Exceptional communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions.

• Capable of translating complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
