This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Educate clients and internal teams on the advantages of collaborating with online influencers in the HCP, Patient, and Lifestyle sectors.
• Oversee the daily operations of influencer campaigns, ensuring that deadlines are met and workback plans are developed.
• Manage the execution of comprehensive influencer campaigns, which includes influencer identification, negotiation, legal approvals, campaign implementation, and reporting.
• Discover and propose new opportunities based on the industry landscape to facilitate organic client growth.
• 6-8+ years of experience in a role focused on driving influencer marketing initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical influencer landscape, particularly in managing HCP and Patient campaigns.
• Familiarity with FMV and regulatory requirements related to working with influencers in the healthcare sector.
• A strategic mindset paired with in-depth knowledge of the influencer marketing domain.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities, with a proven track record of connecting with clients and fostering meaningful partnerships.
• Experience in team management, along with a commitment to learning, development, and mentorship.
• Demonstrated proficiency in social media platforms, both personally and professionally.
• Strong project management capabilities with an unwavering attention to detail.
