Director, Growth Platform – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and nurture a team of engineers focused on developing the growth platform, tools, and experiments.

• Establish the technical standards and pace for the growth engineering department.

• Promote the adoption of internal AI and agent technologies throughout the growth sector and the wider organization.

• Set up guardrails and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards as AI-assisted outputs increase.

• Manage account-scoring and signal models that prioritize accounts based on their intent and suitability.

• Broaden account coverage by introducing new vertical signal sources and highlighting timely go-to-market triggers.

• Create a programmatic, data-driven system for generating website pages.

• Spearhead experimentation on website pages that drive revenue.

• Develop outbound automation systems and frameworks that expand the sales funnel and deliver qualified, compliant leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven engineering leadership experience, preferably in growth, platform, or marketing engineering within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Demonstrated success in building robust systems, including scoring and prioritization models, data pipelines, and programmatic web or marketing automation.

• Expertise in AI execution, encompassing the development of agents and the design of self-service systems.

• Capability to establish quality assurance gates and guardrails for AI-assisted outputs.

• Proficient in data analysis and experimentation, including test sizing and metric evaluation.

• Comfortable working with a modern web stack such as Astro and headless CMS.

• Experience with tools for scoring, signals, and outbound processes.

• A proactive and hands-on approach to work.

• Ability to align engineering, data, growth, and go-to-market teams effectively.
