Director, GLP-1 and Cardiometabolic Health Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of GLP-1 solutions within the cardiometabolic platform.

• Collaborate with product, clinical, data science, engineering, and commercial teams.

• Manage the daily execution of GLP-1 program initiatives.

• Monitor and report on program OKRs and KPIs.

• Create and maintain reporting and dashboards to assess program performance.

• Work in conjunction with clinical, commercial, product, engineering, operations, and regulatory partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in digital health, health technology, or a similar healthcare setting.

• 3–5+ years of experience in leading complex programs or operations in high-growth or rapidly evolving environments.

• Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs.

• Familiarity with defining and monitoring program metrics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of digital health products, virtual care models, and cardiometabolic or chronic disease programs.
