This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and management of both national and international compensation programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert in compensation principles and practices.
• Manage job evaluations, assess offer packages, conduct salary market surveys, and perform benchmarking analyses.
• Lead the design of global compensation structures, promotion processes, and annual Compensation Planning cycles.
• Collaborate with the People Success team and engage with key business stakeholders.
• Develop and manage compliant compensation programs.
• Direct the annual compensation planning process.
• Project manage comprehensive processes and work in partnership with HR stakeholders.
• Provide compensation coaching and consulting to business leaders and HR Business Partners.
• Integrate compensation philosophy and strategies with various HR initiatives.
• Drive equity programs and collaborate with Stock Administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Finance.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and/or Life Sciences sectors.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA standards, pay transparency regulations, equity programs, and other compliance requirements from the Department of Labor.
• Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or a similar credential is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel and high proficiency in other Microsoft applications.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
• Knowledge in leveraging AI for research, analytics, and project execution.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to build and maintain relationships, fostering trust and credibility at all employee levels.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to modifications and changes in project plans.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% both domestically and internationally.
