This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and spearhead integrated, multi-channel campaign initiatives encompassing lifecycle email, webinars, virtual events, content syndication, ABM (1:1, 1:few, 1:many, 1:1), and industry campaigns throughout North America and EMEA — attracting, engaging, educating, and nurturing prospects at each stage of the customer journey.
• Develop and oversee quarterly campaign schedules featuring clear objectives, channels, responsible parties, and success metrics for every region.
• Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Operations to ensure that campaigns are adequately resourced, effectively communicated, and appropriately timed.
• Tailor global campaign strategies to accommodate EMEA market specifics, including regional buyer behaviors, language factors, local events, and compliance obligations (GDPR and similar).
• Champion the integration of AI-driven campaign planning and marketing automation tools to enhance personalization, expedite execution, increase operational scalability, and allow marketers to concentrate on higher-value strategic tasks.
• Direct the strategy for email programs that guide prospects through the sales funnel across all regions.
• Manage the MQL-to-SQL handoff framework in collaboration with SDR and Marketing Operations.
• Utilize behavioral data and intent signals to initiate personalized communications at pivotal moments in the buyer's journey.
• Uphold consistent brand and messaging standards across all channels, touchpoints, and markets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team across two areas: NAM Campaigns & ABM, EMEA Campaigns & ABM.
• Establish a high-performing, AI-enabled campaigns organization by coaching leaders and team members, promoting continuous learning, encouraging innovation, and integrating AI into daily workflows where it generates measurable business value.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 10 years of B2B marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a strategic demand generation or ABM role within a high-tech company or agency serving tech firms; legal tech experience is preferred.
• More than 5 years of people management experience, including leading geographically distributed teams and over 3 years managing multi-functional marketing teams, demonstrating a record of hiring, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams across demand generation, ABM, customer marketing, and related areas.
• Strong cross-functional operator with concrete examples of owning marketing outcomes from start to finish.
• Experience in managing global or multi-region marketing programs, including those targeting EMEA markets.
• Proven background in customer marketing and/or managing customer advocacy programs.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Sales, Customer Success, and various levels of management.
• Experience managing and developing marketing teams of 5 or more individuals across multiple functions.
• Practical experience with CRM and marketing/ABM tools (Salesforce plus HubSpot/Marketo or similar; additional knowledge of tools like 6sense, Demandbase, Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Folloze, Mutiny, Qualified, etc. is a plus).
• Proven track record in leading the adoption of generative AI and AI-enhanced marketing technologies to boost strategic planning, personalization, operational efficiency, and business decision-making, with the ability to measure success through quantifiable business results rather than mere technology adoption.
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as Claude, Glean, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach with experience leveraging audience insights, segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategies to generate New Logo pipeline creation, opportunity progression, win rates, and revenue outcomes — focusing on substantial metrics rather than superficial ones.
• Excellent project management abilities to effectively handle multiple programs with tight deadlines, promote alignment across global teams, and manage budget planning and allocation across various functions and regions.
• Exceptional communication skills across diverse mediums and audiences.
• Capable of thriving under pressure, prioritizing effectively, and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that demands innovative thinking.
