This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage the performance, growth, and development of a major high-tech account.
• Spearhead the creation and negotiation of a new Global Commercial Framework.
• Formulate innovative strategies aimed at enhancing profitability and minimizing commercial risks.
• Foster innovation across all commercial facets, including business reporting and proposals.
• Oversee the account's Profit and Loss (P/L) management.
• Lead the Business Management team within the Customer GCM account.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in logistics operations management and/or commercial/business development with "big box," e-commerce, specialty retailers, or a 3PL company.
• Strong expertise in MS Office applications.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and visual/presentation communication skills.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Direct experience in budget preparation and participation in financial reviews.
