Director, GCO Program Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for constructing, nurturing, and retaining the global gCSM team.

• Supervise the execution and attainment of project goals within the assigned program(s).

• Partner with other GCPLs to establish and implement strategies and key priorities across various programs.

• Assess and develop strategic feasibility along with budget estimates during the Early Planning phase for new CDPs.

• Develop and take ownership of the annual program budget and resource forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Over 10 years of experience within the clinical trial industry.

• Experience in project management throughout the complete lifecycle of multi-region/country clinical trials.

• Preference for candidates with experience in both people management and program management.

• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial execution, including a thorough understanding of ICH/GCP Guidelines and other relevant regulatory requirements.
