This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Lead business operations across various countries.
• Develop and manage a team of Business Operations Partners.
• Supervise office setup, entity incorporation, and market entry strategies.
• Oversee payroll implementation along with local operational requirements.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Assist in recruiting operations, onboarding recruiters, and conducting hiring activities.
• Plan and coordinate company events, offsite meetings, and operational logistics.
• Monitor key initiatives and ensure timely completion of actions.
• Enhance processes as necessary to boost speed and reliability.
• Background in business operations, strategic operations, founder's office, or comparable roles.
• Experience in managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and ensure commitments are met.
• Comfortable collaborating across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions.
• Capable of identifying issues, making decisions, and driving execution independently.
• Strong sense of ownership and readiness to take responsibility for results.
