📋 Description

• Establish objectives for Slate’s auto loan and related product offerings.

• Ensure alignment of business objectives with regulatory standards and partner capabilities.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to implement product and pricing modifications on schedule.

• Assist in prioritizing the backlog by evaluating impact, effort, and strategic factors.

• Act as the business lead for partner integrations, guaranteeing smooth data exchange, underwriting logic, and compliance alignment.

• Evaluate funnel performance, approval rates, and funding metrics to uncover optimization prospects and foster ongoing improvement.

• Define and monitor key performance indicators such as approval rates, take rates, funding rates, and NPS.

• Create dashboards and reporting tools to assess health and guide decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management, analytics, or a quantitative position, preferably within automotive financial services.

• Deep understanding of consumer lending, credit risk, and the financial product lifecycle.

• Strong statistical knowledge and a probabilistic mindset.

• Proficient in Excel and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

• Experience collaborating with data science teams and interpreting model results.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
