Director, Financial Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide the long-term budgeting and financial planning initiatives.

• Conduct financial and strategic analyses.

• Provide support to executive leadership as necessary.

• Manage the comprehensive responsibility for the long-range five-year planning model, which includes the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.

• Generate clear financial analyses and reports to convey pertinent financial information to management for informed decision-making.

• Develop templates and methodologies for the management of budget data.

• Enhance systems to ensure a balance between efficiency and user experience.

• Propel effective reporting and analysis requirements for long-range plans.

• Formulate a strategy to integrate the long-range plan into the annual budgeting process.

• Act as the financial representative on special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

• Proven expertise in budgeting, analysis, reporting, and management is essential.

• MBA, CPA, public accounting, or experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel and Hyperion Planning software is highly desirable.
