This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish the framework and rationale behind Fieldguide's ready-to-use methodology content in collaboration with methodology partners.
• Assess and integrate industry procedures, testing methods, internal control evaluations, and practice guidance provided by partners into the methodology library.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with EMEA standard-setters, professional organizations, and regulatory bodies.
• Analyze and enhance methodology and engagement templates based on input from EMEA practitioners.
• Convert professional standards and practitioner insights into prompts, workflows, and parameters for integrated methodologies and testing agents.
• Oversee the localization and customization of Fieldguide's AI agents and audit workflows specifically for EMEA.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to prioritize platform requirements tailored to EMEA.
• Serve as the financial audit subject-matter authority for the EMEA go-to-market team, directing and supporting customer demonstrations and technical validation sprints.
• Represent Fieldguide during customer onsite meetings with firm leadership and technical evaluators.
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic deal approaches for complex EMEA opportunities.
• Act as the financial audit business sponsor and subject-matter expert for EMEA customer implementations.
• Function as an escalation point to resolve complex issues for EMEA accounts.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and methodology alignment, providing insights to product and methodology roadmaps.
• Counsel the Head of Audit and cross-functional leadership on EMEA financial audit priorities.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop members of the financial audit team in EMEA.
• Professional audit qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent) with extensive knowledge of ISA and EMEA financial audit standards.
• Over 8 years of financial audit experience within a public accounting or assurance firm.
• Direct experience with EMEA regulatory and standard-setting organizations.
• Profound knowledge of auditing standards and audit methodologies.
• Familiarity with audit technology, automation, AI-enabled tools, audit methodologies, templates, or workpapers.
• Working understanding of quality control/quality management standards (e.g., ISWM 1, SQMS 1, PCAOB QC standards) as they pertain to methodology and audit documentation.
• Capability to convert professional standards into structured workflows and logical frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
• Executive presence and the confidence to lead demonstrations, onsite meetings, and validation sprints in front of firm leadership and regulators.
• Experience across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, as well as international auditing standards and methodologies (UK, EU, and beyond) is a plus.
• Background in audit methodology, quality, or national office roles is a plus.
• Expertise in international auditing standards and methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with LLM-based or agentic workflows, prompt design, or AI-enabled audit tools is a plus.
