Director, Field Tools – Commercial & Medical Affairs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic business partner for the Commercial and Medical Affairs Field Leadership teams in North America.

• Collaborate with local stakeholders to develop and implement the plan and roadmap for Field insights solutions.

• Facilitate the integration and utilization of AI solutions within field tools for swift insights generation and automation.

• Manage Reporting operations and uphold the highest standards of data quality for business insights.

• Direct resource allocation and prioritization across various regions.

• Advocate for the Field Tools and other technological platforms among the Field Teams.

• Coordinate large-scale cross-functional and multi-workstream initiatives/programs involving various technology teams and stakeholder groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry.

• A Master's degree paired with 7+ years of pertinent experience.

• Strong understanding of data, with a solid background in pharmaceutical business knowledge.

• Familiarity with best practices in Technology Product Management and Technical Product Support.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to coordinate needs assessments across the commercial organization.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in articulating complex technical issues and their solutions.
